About me
Hi, I’m Louise, the voice behind TankeHagen, which translates to “The Garden of Thoughts” in Norwegian.
This is a small idea, a quiet space where my thoughts can breathe, and a seed I’m planting on days when my mind feels heavy and messy.
Living with ADHD means my days are filled with both chaos and clarity. Sometimes, I lose focus, forget things, overthink, or simply feel overwhelmed. Other days, I see beauty, patterns, and meaning in ways I can’t always explain.
TankeHagen will be the place where I write my reality, about self-development, identity, and the everyday moments that shape who I am and who I am becoming. I share what it’s really like to live inside this mind, to fall, to try again, and to grow through it all.
I don’t write from perfection. I write from the middle of the process, from the messy parts, the quiet realisations, and the moments that make me stop and think, “Maybe this is me.”
So here I plant my tiny seed for both of us, in the hope that we can grow together, one thought at a time.
Reach Out
If something I wrote stayed with you, or if you simply want to share a thought, I’d love to hear from you.
This is a space for gentle words, honest questions, and small conversations that grow.
