About Me

Softness is where this begins, and gratitude is what meets you here.
Thank you for being here.

Before anything else, I want you to know that your presence in this garden means more than you might realise.

Hi, I’m Louise, the voice behind TankeHagen,
a quiet space I first created for my own thoughts
on the days when my mind felt heavy, tangled,
or impossible to understand.

Living with ADHD means moving between chaos and clarity,
between overwhelm and deep insight.
Some days I lose myself in noise.
Other days I notice beauty, patterns, and meaning
in ways I can’t explain.

TankeHagen grew from that mix,
from the soft truths, the messy moments,
and the slow unfolding of learning who I am.

But this space isn’t only about my growth.
It’s for you too.

For anyone who feels deeply,
thinks endlessly,
or carries thoughts that need a gentle place to land.
For anyone who is still learning how to understand themselves
with more kindness and patience.

I don’t write from perfection or certainty.
I write from the middle of the process
where honesty feels more important than answers,
and where growth happens quietly, in its own honest way.

This garden is my seed,
planted on the days I needed softness the most.
If you’re here, thank you.

I hope TankeHagen becomes a place
where your thoughts can breathe,
where you feel seen,
and where we can grow together,
one gentle, honest thought at a time.

Love, Louise♡

Reach Out

If something I wrote touched you, stayed with you, or opened a small thought inside you, you’re welcome to reach out.

Whether you want to share a piece of your own inner garden, ask an honest question, or simply not feel alone in whatever you’re carrying,

My door is open.

This is a gentle space where soft words and small conversations can grow into something meaningful.
